OUR STORY
Nick Stephanadis is the Principal and Founder of SpotStone, LLC. Nick works with clients throughout government, industry, and academia to understand and mitigate human-enabled risk.
Prior to founding SpotStone, Nick served as the Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) at Lockheed Martin and subsequently as the Director of Insider Risk and Counterintelligence at Peraton.
Before pivoting to the Aerospace and Defense sector, Nick spent 10 years in the US Intelligence Community at the nexus of counterintelligence and critical infrastructure protection efforts.
Nick is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) and serves on its Insider Threat Subcommittee.
